69th Independence Anniversary Thanksgiving Service Held

The 69th Independence Anniversary Thanksgiving Service was held at Agape Life Ministries, Laurel, on Sunday, 8th March 2026 organized under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Evans Glover, president of Council of Ghanaian Pastors and Churches (COGPAC-USA). The service was held to thank God for His mercy in bringing Ghana thus far and prayers were made for many more years of development and progress. The day also marked International Women's Day. Ambassador Victor Emmanuel Smith saluted women on International Women's Day. He paid glowing tribute to women for their contribution to nation-building. He praised women for their resilience nurturing spirit and acknowledged that a nation thrives when women thrive.
